If you also:

Graduated from engineering faculties of universities (preferably Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, etc.),
Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry or in R&D, Production, or After-Sales functions,
Possess experience in automotive mechanical systems, chassis, and vehicle electronics,
Are preferably experienced in commercial vehicles such as trucks, buses, or military vehicles,
Are an advanced user of MS Office, SAP, and Enovia programs,
Are familiar with new product launch processes,
Have the motivation to work on multiple projects simultaneously,
Are fluent in English (both written and spoken),
Have experience in team management with strong leadership skills,
Possess strong communication and reporting skills and are a good team player,
Demonstrate a collaborative, dynamic, and solution-oriented working style,
Are result-oriented with strong analytical thinking skills,

What will you do when you join us?

Ensure the planning and management of the Process Quality team responsible for monitoring Quality Control processes.
Guide and manage the team to effectively operate the responsible department and ensure collaboration and harmony between teams.
Prepare periodic reports related to Process Quality activities, conduct analyses, organize necessary improvement actions, and present them to management.
Actively participate in quality problem-solving and improvement activities to enhance and develop product quality.
Lead the team within the scope of new model transitions, carrying out studies on quality control processes and detections.
Develop and implement projects to improve quality and production efficiency.
Identify Occupational Health and Safety and Ergonomic risks in Quality Control processes and take preventive and corrective actions.
