**Senior Payroll - Your responsibilities**:
- Oversee the monthly payroll production for a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth operations.
- Ensure the accuracy of payroll processing and calculations.
- Manage employee records, including tracking absences and sick leave.
- Provide answers and support to clients regarding payroll and social legislation matters.
- Supervise the social secretariat, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Train and guide junior payroll team members, helping them develop their skills.
**Senior Payroll - Your profile**:
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll management, ideally within a fiduciary or similar company in Luxembourg.
- Degree in Human Resources or specific training in payroll management.
- Proficiency in German and English is essential, with French being a plus.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labour law, social security, and contributions.
- Ability to work independently, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering excellent customer service.
- Outstanding communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
