For one of our clients, a major bank, we are recruiting for a position available for an initial duration of 6 months, with the possibility of renewal.

Cash Processing Administrator (M/F)

You will be in charge of performing the day-to-day tasks which include the control and processing of the clients cash operations and transactions for Bank property.

Here are your tasks :

  • Coordinate all activities related to cash transactions including cash entries and outlays, direct debits...
  • Review the different transactions performed by clients, identify the potential defects or unusual operations and report to team leader.
  • Control and process transactions for bank property account.
  • Create reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Proactively propose action plans to be set up in case of discrepancy.
  • Ensure real-time escalation of any possible operational incidents or complaints.

Your profile :

  • Two-year university degree (BAC+2) related to the area of expertise and/or at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
  • You are fluent in French. Your level of English is excellent. Italian would be an asset.
  • Good knowledge of market practices related to cash transactions and banking operations.
  • Expertise with Swift messages.
  • Autonomous and rigorous.
