Junior Administrator – Cash & Trade Receivables (H/F/X)

Lieu : Windhof

Contrat : CDI

Votre mission : En tant que Junior Administrator, vous apporterez un soutien actif aux activités de comptabilité et de gestion des flux de trésorerie et créances. Sous la supervision d'un Expert-Comptable, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le traitement des opérations comptables, la clôture mensuelle, et les tâches administratives associées.
Vos responsabilités incluent notamment : Comptabilité et finances :

  • Saisie et vérification des paiements clients, remboursements et transactions liées aux comptes clients.

  • Suivi et résolution des demandes internes (équipe commerciale, opérationnelle).

  • Communication avec les partenaires externes (banques, agences de recouvrement, prestataires de paiement).

  • Participation à la préparation des rapprochements bancaires et des comptes de résultat.

  • Assistance à la clôture mensuelle (charges constatées d'avance, provisions, revenus différés, etc.).

  • Contribution aux rapports financiers, budgétaires et d'audit.

  • Soutien ponctuel à l'équipe fournisseurs.

  • Classement et archivage des documents comptables.

Processus et systèmes :

  • Participation à l'implémentation de nouveaux processus comptables.

  • Contribution à des projets transversaux (migration IFRS, intégration de nouvelles entités, etc.).

  • Suivi de la conformité des procédures internes et des contrôles.

  • Soutien à l'amélioration continue des outils et processus.

Collaboration :

  • Travail étroit avec les équipes finance et opérationnelles.

  • Formation et accompagnement des nouveaux collègues si nécessaire.

Votre profil :

  • Diplômé(e) en Comptabilité, Finance ou Economie (ou expérience équivalente).

  • Une première expérience en comptabilité est un atout (stage inclus).

  • Anglais professionnel requis ; toute autre langue constitue un plus.

  • Bonne maîtrise d'Excel ; connaissance de JD Edwards ou SAP S/4HANA est un atout.

  • À l'aise avec les outils IT et les environnements multiculturels.

  • Capacité à gérer les priorités, à travailler en autonomie tout en collaborant efficacement en équipe.

  • Flexible pour des déplacements occasionnels à l'étranger (Belgique).
