A reputable organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Professional to join their team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing internal and external calls, and overseeing the preparation of meeting rooms.
The ideal candidate will have a diploma in hotel/tourism or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist in high-end establishments, hotels, or service companies. They must possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and French, with knowledge of German or Luxembourgish being an asset.

- Greet and manage clients, visitors, and suppliers effectively;
- Manage internal and external calls efficiently;
- Supervise and prepare meeting rooms in collaboration with the Intendant;
- Take orders and oversee logistical preparation for lunches in collaboration with the Intendant;
- Assist the Intendant in internal and external customer service as requested by the supervisor;
- Receive packages and mail, distribute them, and file electronically;
- Manage visitor parking in collaboration with the Facility Officer;
- Manage Conference Center meeting rooms;
- Arrange transportation bookings;
- Participate in the logistical organization of events (catering, training, etc.) organized by the supervisor;
- Contribute to the maintenance of the Business Center, including updates of entries and exits, telephone calls, and customer requests, signage, and more.
