We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR & People Operations Assistant to join our team.

As a People Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth onboarding and offboarding of team members around Europe and managing various equipment needs. Your excellent technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and human-centric approach will contribute significantly to the success of our organisation.

**What will you be doing**:

- Coordinate all equipment changes/orders for onboarding and offboarding of team members
- This can include car fleet management, SIM cards and telephones, computers, fuel cards etc.
- Maintain and update the inventory system
- Maintain and update our HRIS (BambooHR)
- Prepare devices for reuse or recycling by securely wiping data
- Assist with the setup of hardware for new employees
- Troubleshoot employee equipment and technical issues (e.g. login problems and forgotten passwords)

**What we are looking for**:
You are:

- Highly organised and pay great attention to detail
- Discreet and professional when dealing with personal and confidential information
- Excellent with tech challenges (or great at understanding Google’s answers when you need extra help)
- Enjoy assisting others and exhibit patience in challenging situations.
- Possess fluency in both English and either French, Dutch, or German (specify the required language)
