ARHS Cube is looking for an** Incident Manager (M/F) **who will be in charge of the upkeep and smooth operations of IT systems overseeing all aspects of the incident management process. He/She records all issues and helps to design ways to prevent similar problems in the future.
**Your Main Responsibilities**:
- Design, deploy, continuously improve using best practices Incident management processes according to ITIL
- Report KPI and analysis to senior management on key inputs linked to Incidents content and trends
- Write and publish the organizational Post-Mortem of Incident which details organizational issues experienced during resolution and suggested improvement areas to improve team interaction and fluidity
- Provide Consolidated Reports (Based on KPIs)
- Track and communicate status of process improvement projects to management/stakeholders
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop process requirements as needed
- Organize internal and external audits, assessments for incident process effectiveness improvements and coordinate implementation of any recommendations-findings
- Escalate risks and issues to management/executives - stakeholders
- Ensure that incident root cause is identified and documented
- Chair and contribute to Incident Root Cause Analysis and review meetings
- Coordinate and facilitate changes for incident resolution as per the change management processes
- Ensure information related to changes for incident resolution are communicated to the management and internal teams
**Qualifications**:
**Your Profile**:
- A bachelor’s degree (or post-secondary vocational education plus four years of relevant experience, or eight years of relevant experience) in computer science, information systems administration or another relevant field
- In addition, a minimum of three and ideally five or more years’ experience in the field of IT process management and/or IT service management. Including a concrete experience in the execution of Incident and or problem management
- Communication Skills in French and English (Verbal, Written, Interpersonal, Proactive listening)
- “ITIL Foundation” certification (Other certifications like “lifecycle” or “Capability” are welcome)
- Willingness to ensure on duty activities when required
Desired:
- Willingness to contribute and support a knowledge sharing culture
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
- Practical experience in developing and maintaining reports in Business Objects
- Experience in positions requiring managing people activities
