**Activities**:

- Coordinates activities that affect IT Operations organisation
- Responsible for the production and planning of daily operations
- Liaise with the Team leaders but also with the different team members to ensure delivery times are met
- In coordination with the team leaders, plan, schedule, and review workload and manpower to ensure delivery times are met and deliverables are at the level of quality expected
- Ensures the operational teams have enough time to manufacture and deliver products based on the client's request
- Ensure quality and compliancy of the operations
- Maintain compliance and consistency, and taking corrective action when needed
- **For projects: liaise with the project managers for the allocation of Devops resources**:

- **Resource plan**:

- **Responsible of the service desk services**:

- **Responsible of the On-site intervention services**:

- **Overall responsible for the operations of the network, network security and supporting services**:

- **Monitor effectiveness of the operations**:

- **Provides guidance to the team members under her/his responsibility**:

- Communications about incidents or interventions

- Partnering with other operations managers of other managed services to ensure the overall operational coherence and to share best service management practices.

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 years of experience in an IT field
- Experience in the delivery of managed services
- Experience of several years in a similar position
- Ability to manage time and workload in an efficient manner
- Strong attention to details
- Driven to achieve results
- Customer and Quality focus
- Sense for pro-activity
- Team-spirit
- Working knowledge: written and spoken, of English required. French desirable
- Experience in delivering in a production environment is considered as an advantage
