**Administrative Coordinator - Luxembourg**
Location: Remote with occasional presence in Luxembourg preferred
Number of Positions: 5
Contract Type: Tender-based engagement
We are seeking 5 (five) Administrative Coordinators to support the delivery of language training programmes across Brussels and Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to training staff and project managers
- Maintain accurate records of training schedules, participant data, and documentation
- Coordinate logistics for classes, assessments, and events
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Support reporting and audit processes
Essential Requirements:
- Relevant university degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in a project administrator / coordinator role
- ICT knowledge: knowledge of multimedia teaching and the ability to use multimedia resources and information and communication technology (ICT), including video-conferencing tools.
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital tools
- Strong communication skills in English and French (CEFR level C1)
Timeline:
- First interviews: End of May
