Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to support our project management committee. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transactions, including obtaining corporate approvals, arranging for proper delegations of powers, and coordinating legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support PMC with transactions, including obtaining corporate approvals and arranging for proper delegations of powers.
  • Attend and minute meetings, prepare extracts of minutes, and coordinate execution of legal documents.
  • Liaise with third parties and fund teams to ensure on-time and proper completion.
  • Maintain proper governance, legal records, and files.
  • Meet regulatory requirements for transactions reporting to the depositary and auditor.


Requirements:

Background and Experience: We are looking for someone with a background in corporate administration and secretarial services, preferably with some knowledge of law. A minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably in the real estate sector, is required. Experience working in an international environment is also essential.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English and German, French is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for international liaison.
  • Team-oriented with strong follow-through and execution skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
