To be based in our office in Hamm (Luxembourg), we are looking for an:
**CIO Office Coordinator**:
**Your role**:
As part of our Technology department (more than 30 people), the CIO Office Coordinator provides support to our CIO. Working in partnership with managers, HRs, Finance and other traversals stakeholders, the CIO Office Coordinator ensures alignment of the business strategies with a focus on performance management, reporting, and day-to-day support within Technology department.
- Represents the CIO as the close right hand person when communicating both internally and externally with colleagues, peers and other stakeholders and facilitate effective and efficient communication among the departments reporting to the CIO;
- Provide high-level administrative support for the CIO;
- Ensure the follow-up and the quality of the regular meetings;
- Execute reports and format professional reports for presentations and meetings;
- Organise and coordinate internal events to ensure team cohesion;
- Act as a link for all HR matters within the department;
- Monitor and control operating expenses to ensure that division financial goals are met;
- Manage all incoming IT data files, support in developing and implementing procedures for effective data management;

**Your profile**:

- Bac+2 or Bachelor required;
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in an international environment;
- Fluency in English and French;
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365;
- A service-oriented mind-set with the necessary eye for details and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise work;
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environment with shifting demands;
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to drive change;
- Strong oral communication skills along with well-developed writing;
- Demonstrate self-awareness, cultural competency and inclusivity, and work with colleagues. and stakeholders across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
