For our office in **Luxemburg **we are looking for a

**Human Resources Business Partner (f/m/d) / Interim Human Resources Business Partner (f/m/d)**

**Your responsibilities**
- Work closely with the leadership team to drive integrity and accountability, facilitating value-added delivery in performance management, development, talent tracking, planning, and reward
- Handle all administrative tasks and paperwork for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
- Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
- Developing and maintaining all types of contracts of employment (Starters, Leavers, Extensions and employment transfers) ensuring legal compliance
- Identify development needs and liaise with the line managers to agree solutions
- Participate in the implementation of programs within the HR department to improve the employee experience

**Your qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related area
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience as a Business Partner in an international environment, ideally within the Finance or Energy industry
- Fluent level of English and German
- Systematic approach to change management, with an impact focused mindset on both employees and the organisation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-border team structure
- Experiences in consulting is a benefit
