**Job Description**:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) advises and partners with the business in line with the HR strategy and strives for optimal performance & wellbeing of all IQ-EQ Employees. Within this role, they act as liaison while leading transformations and supporting the business to identify and develop talent. They are responsible for providing and creating tools to steer, guide and influence the business leaders.

The HRBP will be involved in shaping and aligning the people and the HR strategy, as well as executing this strategy together with the business and CoEs (regional and global). You will be the center of expertise, offer knowledge to the business and understand their needs and challenges, for now and in the future. You will act as a driving force behind team and organizational performance and effectiveness. You will act as a change agent in transformation and organizational change. You will use analysis and dashboards that help to further develop the organization. You will be responsible to implement and realize the people strategy, HR agenda, policies, and initiatives.

Primarily responsible for performance management, enquiry resolution, people matter (including recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, learning and development), this role offers a unique opportunity in the development of learning programs that will help the business to reach their target. The HR Business partner actively develops and drives staff engagement activities.

As an HRBP, you will act as a "trusted advisor":

- Responsible for coaching and advising leadership on business HR matters and act as a conduit between the business and the other services offered within HR (i.e. Recruitment, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management)
- Provide guidance to management in translating business strategy through organizational design
- Drive people development activities supporting performance management
- Support the talent management process
- Collaborate with business leaders to drive the execution of employee transactions including new hires, transferees, and terminations
- Act as a HR representative on a comprehensive range of employment relation caseload that may be complex and/or sensitive and contentious such as performance, grievance management
- Help managers to reward and recognize good performance and support the annual pay review process
- Build a strong partnership with the finance department on reforecasting and staffing budgeting

Whilst we build our regional HR capability, you will act as an interim ‘Learning and Development lead’:

- Design and implement the yearly L&D calendar based on the training priorities raised by the business
- Facilitate face-to-face training and development session on any topic required to support the business
- Ensure a high-standard onboarding program for new joiners, including the organization of any high-level onboarding from A to Z
- Ensure a good follow-up of all training invoices to ensure a rigorous budget tracking

You will act as ‘Engagement and Value champion’:

- Culture management - Partner with management to promote our values and culture and provide advice and suggestions for culture-related initiatives.
- Participate in local workgroups with the goal to actively promote IQ-EQ's employer brand on the market and reinforce IQ-EQ's representation in a professional network
- Design local Diversity & Inclusion plan and strategy in line with IQ-EQ group’s ambitions and guidelines
- Organise and facilitate the yearly Diversity Day theme, event and workshops
- Ensure implementation and roll-out of group-wide HR programs and initiatives
- Design and implement projects that will improve IQ-EQ's internal and external brand
- Design and implement a diverse yearly staff event calendar
- Ensure a good follow-up of all engagement related invoices to ensure a rigorous budget tracking
