Human Innovation Partners is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a reputable automotive firm in Luxembourg.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support the achievement of organizational goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development. You will also provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will provide advice and support to the HR and General Services Director in making operational and strategic decisions.
- You will lead HR projects and spearhead new cross-functional HR initiatives.
- You will actively contribute to developing the human resources management strategy, corporate culture, and effective HR processes.
- You will utilize and analyze HR key metrics to enhance retention and boost employee satisfaction.
- Working alongside two other HR Business Partners, you will serve as a liaison between all departments of the company and the HR department.
- You will provide practical and expert guidance to various departments on personnel management matters such as workforce planning, recruitment, staff development, HRIS, salaries, etc.
- You will assess and synthesize the needs of sites and employees, collaborating with the HR team to develop appropriate and impactful solutions.
**Requirements**:
- You hold a university degree with a specialization in Human Resources, People Development, or Employment Law.
- Preferably, you have accumulated at least 5 years of professional experience in an HR department.
- Thorough knowledge of Luxembourg labour law, tax law, and social security law is a prerequisite.
- You demonstrate a deep understanding of the strategic aspects of human resources management and effectively serve as an HR strategic partner.
- Your strengths lie in your excellent conceptual and analytical skills, combined with your ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.
- Furthermore, you possess strong social skills, empathy, and the ability to balance the interests of both management and employees.
- You are capable of working independently and in an organized manner, while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in French and German is essential. Proficiency in Luxembourgish and English is considered advantageous.
