**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring proper execution of all SOX tests
- Conducting and tracking regularly of the supplier statement reconciliations
- Generating, reviewing, controlling, and performing analysis of the aged payable reports
- Performing accurate invoice and payment processing for vendors, as per the agreed-upon payment terms
- Regularly capturing all available discounts
- Reconciling goods received notes and purchase orders with invoices
- Improving the Accounts Payable performance through customized Excel monitoring tools
- Ensuring the company’s purchase and payments compliance procedure
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role in a dynamic international environment
- Good knowledge of US GAAP and Lux GAAP
- Experienced in ERP systems, ideally Oracle
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and French is a must
