I am currently working with a European leader in the field of clinics and in order to strengthen the team, I am looking for an administrative accounting assistant (part time from 50% to 100%) based in Luxembourg and reporting directly to the CFO based abroad.
**Responsibilities**:
Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses
Perform administrative support functions
Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
Handle monthly and quarterly reports
Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and reconciliation
Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study
A minimum of 3 years' of experience working in accounting
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, French an advantage
A great working attitude ability and an ability to build relationships
Able to work on own initiative and manage own workload to strict deadlines.
Highly detail-oriented
