Fonction:
Vous participez avec votre Manager à la réussite commerciale des projets de l’entreprise et de satisfaction de sa clientèle.
- Vous réalisez les premiers contacts avec la clientèle lors des appels téléphoniques, des courriels, via les réseaux sociaux, ou autres. Pour ce faire, vous avez une parfaite connaissance de l’ensemble des projets de l’entreprise, du marché immobilier et des attentes de la clientèle.
- En collaboration avec les partenaires de l’entreprise (notaires, géomètres, comptables, entrepreneurs, etc.), vous coordonnez la bonne réalisation des documents de vente tant d’un point de vue administratif que financier (compromis, contrat et acte de vente, acte de base, règlement de copropriété, bail).
- Vous gérez l’administration de l’équipe commerciale et vous organisez les agendas de tous les intervenants.
- Vous rédigez les courriers commerciaux et assurez la publication des supports de vente (réseaux sociaux, photos, annonces presse et web, mailings, sites web, etc.).
- En collaboration avec les partenaires désignés (architectes, entrepreneurs, sous-traitants, etc.), vous coordonnez les demandes liées aux adaptations d’aménagements des appartements vendus.
Profil:
- Bachelier ou master en construction, architecture,
- Expérience de minimum 2 ans dans une fonction au sein du secteur de l'immobilier, du notariat ou de la construction
- Parfaite maîtrise de l’allemand et du français (oral et écrit)
- Sens de l’accueil et savoir-faire commercial avérés
- Connaissances générales des procédures juridiques et contractuelles relatives à l’immobilier
- Connaissances générales des prix de l’immobilier (terrain, appartement, maison, bureau, commerce) dans les zones suivantes : le Grand-Duché de Luxembourg et le triangle Liège/Eupen/Saint-Vith
- Persévérant, orienté résultat, organisé, méthodique, rigoureux, et capable de travailler en autonomie
