日英バイリンガルとして、法人顧客からの問い合わせ対応をご担当頂きます。ご経験に応じビザポート検討可能です。

【職務内容】
・顧客対応:主に日本国内の投資家から寄せられるファンドに関する問い合わせ、要望、クレームへの回答
・新規顧客の口座開設に伴うアンチマネーロンダリングおよびKYC管理
・新しい金融製品の開発、それに伴う社内手続
・銀行の内部プロジェクトへの参加や分析
・社内の他部門および社外のあらゆる取引関係者へのサービス提供
・新規ファンドの立ち上げに伴う経営陣の補佐
・運営に伴う各種経営陣のサポート

【応募要件】
・金融業界での経験者優遇
・ファンド管理、投資運用、マーケティング、プロダクト管理の実務経験
・顧客との関係構築・維持経験があり、対人スキルが高く自発的な方
・ファイナンス、経営学または関連分野の学歴があれば尚可
・プロ意識・リスクに対する意識が高く、顧客志向、品質志向であること
・オーガナイズ力が高くプレッシャーの下で効率的に働ける方
・優れた問題解決能力と分析能力
・柔軟性が高くオープンマインドでチームワークが取れる方

【給料】
Euro 60,000 前後(経験に応じて)

**Japanese speaking Customer Service Officer**
A Japanese financial institute is currently recruiting a Japanese speaking Customer Service Officer to work in their Luxemburg office.
You will be supporting the Client Relationship Department.
Business level of fluency in English and Japanese is required for this role.

**TYPE**: Permanent, full-time
**WORKING HOURS**: 40 hours
**SALARY**: Euro 60,000 (Depending on performance)
**START**: ASAP
**LOCATION** Luxemburg

**Customer Service Officer Main Responsibilities**:

- Maintain regular contact with clients: answer queries, requests and claims received from Investment Advisors, Investors and Promoters, Distributors mainly in Japan related to funds
- Open accounts for new relationship clients, identify the clients in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer Policy
- AMUKYC on boarding and review of all AML/KYC documents

Documents management with regards to creation of new products as well as internal procedure
- Participate to the internal projects of the bank in terms of analysis, and implementation

Provide our clients with the best quality they can expect
Represent Client Relationship Department responsibilities in all aspects of services provided internally towards all other departments and externally towards all business relations
- Review operating memorandum for new funds and keep a detailed follow up of their signature and annual review
- Assist management in the oversight of new funds launching / check documentation / check Share point view / ensure the correct follow up is performed
- Monitor correct distribution of queries and dispatch them when needed
- Assist management to perform formal quality checks on deliveries and assist to create a procedure on this respect
- Studies in Finance, Business Administration or related matters is an advantage
- Fluency in English and in Japanese (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Working experience in the Financial Sector

Successful record in building and maintaining client relationship with strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation
- High professional approach in all contacts, risk awareness, customer and quality minded
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Flexibility, open-mindedness and team spirit are highly appreciated assets

**Salary**: €60,000.00 per year
