Elle propose des formations sur mesure et une offre catalogue de plus de 1.200 formations se déclinant en 4 catégories et couvrant 21 domaines d’activités.
Partenaire de référence en matière de formation professionnelle continue, la House of Training accompagne et conseille les entreprises, leurs dirigeants et leurs collaborateurs dans le développement de leurs compétences et connaissances pour ainsi les préparer au mieux aux défis de l’avenir.
L’équipe pluridisciplinaire de la House of Training compte aujourd’hui 50 employés.
Afin de renforcer son équipe, la House of Training recrute un(e):
**CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (M/F/X)**
**à temps plein et à durée indéterminée**
Vous intègrerez une équipe d’environ 10 Customer Service Officers soudée et dynamique ayant pour tâche principale commune **de soutenir les formations des acteurs économiques du marché luxembourgeois et leur garantir une expérience premium.**
**VOTRE PROCHAINE MISSION**
Vous serez plus particulièrement en charge de:
- Coordonner et assurer le support logistique (par ex. accueil, réservations, mise en place des salles, facturation, calibrage des demandes des clients, gestion des intervenants logistiques et techniques externes,) de la House of Training afin de veiller au bon déroulement des formations organisées pour les clients ;
- Assurer le déroulement fluide des activités en termes de process ;
- Respecter les délais envers les clients, fournisseurs et autres stakeholders ;
- S’assurer de la bonne communication au niveau de l’organisation des formations et de leur suivi ;
- Optimiser l’organisation logistique de la House of Training sur le terrain ;
- Gérer et assurer la maintenance de la base de données ;
- Gérer les tableaux de bord dans le périmètre de ses activités (annulations, reports, inscriptions, e-learning...) ;
- Communiquer sur les problèmes rencontrés et proposer des solutions le cas échéant.
**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Vous disposez au minimum d’un diplôme de fin d’études secondaires, idéalement d’un diplôme en gestion administrative;
- Vous avez une expérience d’au moins 1 an dans une fonction similaire;
- Vous avez de la rigueur dans la réalisation de vos tâches et disposez d’excellentes qualités organisationnelles et de communication;
- Vous maîtrisez le pack MS Office;
- Vous disposez d’excellentes facultés d’expression orale et écrite des langues luxembourgeoise, française, anglaise et allemande.
