As a **Digital Project Manager**, you will support the organization in:
Building and developing new clients’ relationships for Digitalization & Advisory practices: _Luxfactory is certified by Luxinnovation. We perform audits and IT implementation missions for SMEs. In this context, Luxfactory is searching for a profile capable of building relationships with new clients and supporting the delivery of digitalization assignments in Luxembourg:_
- Segment the SME market via public directories (Editus, Kompass, etc)
- Pre-qualify prospects based on public known information and company financial data (KYC)
- Contact and present Luxfactory value proposition through prospection calls and meetings
- Draft commercial offers for prospects and current customers
- Deliver digitalization audits
- Prescribe recommendations to accelerate customer’s digitalization
- Support the implementation of the recommendations
**What profile are we looking for?**
- Good customer and people relationship management, enjoying discussions, curious and openminded
- Proactive behavior with a passion in solving customer’s challenges
- Good understanding of IT systems and processes (ERP, CRM, Project Management tools )
- Ability to analyze and write reports (French/English)
- Well organized
- Perfect writing skills
- Creativity and pro-activity
**French and English are mandatory (German and Luxembourgish are an advantage). A driving license is required.**
