The project manager is responsible to deliver successfully assigned project (strategic, regulatory, business, operational efficiency) within the EFG framework and provide support to the digital transformation of the bank. As a key driver of the change, the project manager takes the lead in analysing, planning, resourcing, coordinating and implementing solutions in respect of the given time, cost and quality.
Your main responsibilities
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Manage strategic, regulatory, business projects of the bank;
- Reviewing current processes and improving efficiency ;
- Support the deployment of strategic initiatives decided at group level;
- Identifying and implementing new local projects (linked to regulatory, compliance and operational matters) ;
- Participating in the Bank’s digital transformation ;
- Facilitating workshops involving business, IT, compliance, risk and other stakeholders ;
- Be the contact person on behalf of the team whenever needed (troubleshooting, requests, etc.);
- Support the project team in all its projects management and PMO activities;
- Communicate efficiently and professionally with both peers and external stakeholders.
**Profile**:
- Hold a Master degree, or equivalent experience, in a relevant field (e.g. business, finance, law, IT) ;
- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role (i.e. financial services industry or consulting firm) ;
- Excellent knowledge of Private Banking processes and procedures ;
- Expertise in project management methodologies ;
- Fluent at least in French and English ;
- Microsoft Office skills (highly proficient in Excel would be an asset).
