Nous sommes mandaté par une ONG, basée au Luxembourg, engagée dans le développement de solutions financières inclusives pour financer des projets en Afrique, en Amérique latine et en Asie, qui recherche un-e Digital Project Manager.

Dans un contexte d’expansion et de transformation digitale, l’organisation souhaite optimiser l’usage de ses outils numériques (dont l'ERP) pour gagner en efficacité dans la gestion et le suivi de ses actions.

Vos responsabilités:

- Coordonner la mise en place d’une solution digitale de gestion de projets de développement au sein de l’organisation, permettant de gérer toutes les phases d’un projet (conception, mise en place, suivi opérationnel et budgétaire, reporting) ainsi que divers aspects administratifs et financiers de l’organisation ;
- Assurer la cohérence et la compatibilité des différents outils digitaux utilisés par les différentes équipes au sein de l’organisation.

Ces missions nécessiteront en particulier de:

- Réaliser l’analyse des besoins métiers des utilisateurs de l’outil de gestion de projets, avec l’appui de la responsable d’équipe ;
- Contribuer à la révision ou définition des process de gestion de projets dans la solution ;
- Coordonner les relations avec le prestataire sélectionné pour accompagner la mise en place de la solution, et assurer l’interface entre les équipes internes et le prestataire
- Créer et/ ou alimenter les manuels d’utilisation de la solution ;
- Former les utilisateurs à la solution et aux process et assurer un suivi des utilisateurs pour une bonne prise en main.

Vous êtes la personne idéale si:

- Vous savez analyser les besoins métiers, implémenter des solutions digitales et accompagner les utilisateurs avec pédagogie.
- Vous aimez optimiser les processus internes tout en gardant une vision orientée impact.
- Vous cherchez à donner du sens à votre travail en rejoignant une structure agile, engagée et porteuse de valeurs humaines.

Votre profil:

- De formation supérieure (Bac+5) ;
- Expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans une fonction similaire de gestion de projet digital, avec une expérience souhaitée dans l'implémentation d'un ERP.
- Excellente culture digitale, connaissance des technologies et outils numériques.
- La maitrise de la suite Office et en particulier de Sharepoint et Teams est nécessaire ; celle de AirTable (ou autres outils no-code) est un atout significatif.
- Capacité à comprendre rapidement l’environnement associatif, ses activités, les enjeux techniques et les besoins et contraintes des utilisateurs ;
- Capacité à coordonner et piloter un projet digital, de la phase d’identification des besoins à la mise en place de solutions, avec formation des utilisateurs et suivi de leur expérience ;
- Capacité à collaborer avec différentes équipes et fédérer autour d’un projet commun ;
- Excellente capacité d’analyse, créativité et force de proposition ;
- Rigueur, autonomie et organisation ;
- Esprit d’équipe, flexibilité, polyvalence, écoute, pédagogie ;
