- Nous recrutons pour l'un de nos clients, une holding de renom, appartenant à l'une des plus grandes sociétés cotées en bourse du CAC40. Basée à Luxembourg, à proximité de la frontière belge, cette société recherche un(e) Comptable Expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique et jouer un rôle clé dans la gestion comptable et financière d'un portefeuille de 18 sociétés immobilières.
Vos missions:
- Gestion quotidienne de la comptabilité de A à Z selon les normes comptables françaises (FRENCHGAAP), allemandes (GERMANGAAP) et IFRS pour les besoins de consolidation, reporting mensuel de trésorerie, préparation des paiements et avances de trésorerie.
- Reporting précis et en temps voulu sur une base mensuelle.
- Établissement des déclarations de TVA françaises et allemandes sur une base mensuelle.
- Préparation des états financiers annuels légaux, y compris les notes aux comptes.
- Collaboration avec les auditeurs externes pour l'audit annuel et les consultants fiscaux pour les déclarations d'impôts sur les sociétés.
- Gestion des documents comptables pour les filiales françaises et allemandes, reporting précis dans le système de suivi de l'audit du groupe.
- Traitement des demandes ad hoc.
- Maintien à jour de la salle de données d'entreprise des différentes entités.
- Préparation de documents juridiques et suivi.
- Reporting régulier des activités et contrôle auprès du Directeur Financier.
- Gestion de trésorerie en collaboration avec le Directeur Financier.
Votre profil:
- Très précis et extrêmement fiable ;
- Axé sur les résultats ;
- Résolveur de problèmes efficace avec une mentalité "prêt à tout", capable de définir de manière pragmatique des solutions et de saisir et comprendre tous les détails pertinents lorsque nécessaire ;
- Niveau élevé d'énergie, de motivation et de passion pour réussir ;
- Très organisé avec de solides compétences en gestion ;
- Pragmatique, proactif, flexible et adaptable ;
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome ;
- Bonnes compétences en communication.
- Langues : Allemand (écrit et parlé couramment, de préférence langue maternelle), Français (écrit et parlé couramment, de préférence langue maternelle), et Anglais (sera considéré comme un atout).
