Our client is a fast-growing and global investment company which is developing its business in Digital Infrastructure and Real Estate. The group is based in Luxembourg, near the airport.
As Senior Accountant in charge of the Management company, you will mainly be responsible for:
Manage general accounting a management company and SPVs
Assist with US GAAP/Lux GAAP conversions and review
Prepare supporting schedules/ reconciliations
Assist with statutory reporting filings and preparation of financial statements
Review bank reconciliations and manage cash
Recording journal entries, including closing journal entries
Budget to actual and other variance analysis
Ad hoc requests and special projects, as needed
Available for occasional travel
**Profile**:
Qualified Accountant with 3-4 years' experience
Degree in Accounting or Finance; Lux GAAP experience (US GAAP exposure would be an advantage)
Basic VAT/CIT understanding
Strong English writing and communication skills;
Proficiency in MS Excel required; Yardi experience is a plus
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage volume of data, detail oriented
Enthusiastic, hands-on and proactive with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Curious, willing to learn and contribute to the team
