**Role Purpose**:
The Sales Manager is accountable for sales and account management for a portfolio of VRS products, and services contributing to revenue and margin increases for the organization. They will understand the commercial sales strategy, developing deep and wide cross-functional customer relationships to handle the customer base, drive sales and customer satisfaction and cross-sell to achieve sales goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and deliver a documented sales plan for each account, with clear milestones & performance tracking to monitor performance against the agreed contract terms.
- Handle escalations and problem-solve with existing customers, including taking measures when performance is not as expected.
- Build and sell a qualified pipeline of attractive VRS propositions across the product and services portfolio for existing customers.
- Win, develop, and retain roaming business in accounts.
- Develop and maintain strategic deep and wide cross-functional relationships across their accounts.
**Core Competencies**:
- Understand sales methodologies and processes (i.e., selling business outcomes, strategic sales approaches).
- Experience managing complex relationships in a B2B environment.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections.
- Strong sales experience in Technology.
- Knowledge of global roaming services, Carrier Wholesale dynamics, and key players.
- Ability to maintain good working relations with customers and management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand, communicate with, and effectively interact with people across cultures.
- Commitment to ensuring the team succeeds with all tasks, duties, and projects.
- English language proficiency (both written and spoken).
