Supply Chain Analyst

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collect, analyse and visualize supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement and develop the reporting system, acting as a key user in the process.
- Use technical skills in Python, SQL and SAP ERP to automate data collection and reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT, finance, sales, marketing, and business line managers to gather and analyse business problems and to identify areas for improvement in our supply chain.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed, to support supply chain decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities, through process improvements, technology solutions, and other means.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and recommend actions to improve performance.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations & reports
**Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in supply chain management, business, computer science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, data analytics, or related field.
- Proven experience with ERP systems and supply chain software, with ability to understand data flows and orient IT developments of the reporting data warehouse.
- Strong technical skills in Python or SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel/Power Query, SharePoint or Power Automate.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
