**Mission
**To help Support Long Products CPO with the procurement functions KPI evaluation and in ensuring timely completion of high priority projects.
**Main responsibilities**
- Procure to Pay cycle. Hands on working on SAP/Ariba/Analytics or any such tool is Plus
- Provide valuable analysis identifying market dynamics to define purchasing views/strategies for short and long term to be updated and revised on a monthly basis.
- Define the correct KPIs to be implemented and followed-up; establish monitoring and frequency of reporting with all stakeholders involved to support head of mills purchasing.
- Share, communicate and work with stakeholders in IT organization, mills and suppliers, quality audit and other functions
- Work on responsible sourcing and the development of scope 3 program with stakeholders
- Can conduct common tenders across segment
- Capex projects and other areas where mills will need support

**Quality & Compliance**
- Follow up with internal assurance team the best practices/recommendations to be rollout - KPIs
- Set up new processes on IT systems/digitalization compliant with guidelines
- Set SOP with the Mills and make a compliance report
- Update/revise purchasing processes for Europe Longs (with signed procedures)
- Run ISO Certifications with external Auditors and help mills to reach the objectives

**Digitalisation projects**
- Ariba E-Catalogs for regional clusters
- Ariba Sourcing - enhancement project for regional clusters
- Ariba Commerce Automation for regional clusters
- Badging project for regional clusters
- Savings Tool - enhancement and follow-up
- Enhance of Current SAP Analytic Reports Tool
- Various IT development initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity

**Desired skill sets-**
- _Deep and demonstrated analytical competencies with good reality insights manufacturing related procurement & contracting _
- _Superior analytical & negotiation skills informed through the deployment of facts and data _
- Ability to make Intensive and innovative industry/supply market and category research, intelligence, analysis and triangulation
- Detailed, comprehensive, product and supplier cost models with appropriate and customized local pricing strategy intelligence
- Sound sourcing programme, project management and execution with KPI tracking
- Delivery and tracking of sourcing benefit value, including continuous improvement
- Orientation towards compliance and internal controls.
- Hands on working on spend analytics tools
- Development of savings models, generate presentations
- Cost models of suppliers

**What you’ll need**
- Masters’ degree in economics, business administration, finance, engineering, or other related fields.
- Previous role and at least 3 years experience in procurement/purchasing field
- Analytical mindset and strong reporting skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Enthusiasm and commitment to excellent with a result-oriented approach
- Dynamic, persistent, working autonomously and taking initiatives
- Proficiency in office databases, SAP and other IT analytics preferabl e

**Languages**:

- English - Fluent
- French and/or German would be an advantage
- Any other language will be considered as a plus
