DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für Angestellte bezüglich ihrer Anliegen im Bereich Human Resources
- Die Beratung der Mitarbeiter:innen in personalwirtschaftlichen, arbeitsrechtlichen sowie kollektivvertraglich relevanten Fragestellungen gehört ebenfalls zu Deinem Aufgabengebiet
- Du übernimmst auch administrative Aufgaben aus dem Tagesgeschäft, wie z. B. Erstellung von personaladministrativen Schreiben sowie arbeitsvertraglichen Dokumenten
- Die begleitest On
- und Offboardingprozesse von Marbeiter:innen inkl. aller aus den internen Prozessen resultierenden Aufgaben
- Du betreust die Fachabteilungen des Hauses im Recruitment-Prozess, inkl. der Erstellung von Stellenausschreibungen sowie Begleitung der Personalauswahlverfahren
- Du pflegst Daten in unserem zentralen Personalverwaltungssystem und betreust die regelmäßigen HR-Prozesse (wie z.B. Zielvereinbarungs
- und Jahresgesprächsprozess und Gehaltsrunde)
- Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du das HR-Team bei der Umsetzung von HR-Projekten

DEIN PROFIL
- Du hast einen qualifizierten Abschluss mit inhaltlichen Schwerpunkten zu Personalmanagement oder einen Bachelor in Human Resources Management
- Du verfügst bereits über erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Human Resources
- Dein Profil wird idealerweise abgerundet durch Arbeits
- und Sozialversicherungsrechtskenntnisse in Luxemburg sowie Kenntnisse in kollektivvertraglichen Regelungen
- Du bist sicher und versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Eigenmotivation, vorhandene Organisationsstärke und Teamgeist zeichnen Dich aus
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist zielorientiert und durch Qualitätsbewusstsein geprägt
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, Sprachkenntnisse in Französisch wären von Vorteil
