The Human Resources Coordinator will support the Human Resources Director and the business management.

This position plays a fundamental role in various operational activities and by supporting the management within Vallair group and its entities.

You will be exposed to all Human Resources procedures and assist with tasks throughout all areas of Human Resources department. In addition to recruiting and onboarding of new employees, the Human Resources Coordinator will guide employees through various Human Resources processes, answering any question they may have.

The Human Resources may assist with the administration of benefits and processing the payroll.

This position has an active role in ensuring and handling all human resources functions in a dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the recruitment, selection process and onboarding of new hires.
- Participate in elaboration of internal HR communications.
- Ensure the HR functions are complying with local regulations.
- Support any query and requests from employees.
- Create and submit reports to management.
- Contribute to different projects and initiatives within HR services, as required.
- Ensure the HR administration and coordination of payroll’s information, benefits, work contracts, work permits, termination contract and all other matters.
- Manage the relation with our providers and partners.
- Provide advise and counsel to managers and employees on all HR matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure effective collaboration.
- Preserve a positive work environment.
- Monitoring and integrating the teams within the office.

**Requested Skills**:

- 5 years proven experience in Human Resources
- Be proactive and solution oriented
- Hands on experience in using MS Office
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Good communication in French and English languages
- Able to handle sensitive matter and ensure confidentiality
- Business school degree with HR option or master’s in Legal or Human Resources related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
