The incumbent serves as a Human Resources Assistant in the HR office. S/he works under the direct supervision of post’s Human Resources Specialist. S/he is the main point of contact for American programs administrative matters, handling arrivals/departures, FMA appointment processing, and payroll issues. The incumbent is post’s lead recruiter and manages the Electronic Recruitment Application platform. S/he is the administrative lead for LE Staff performance management i and is the coordinator for post’s training and awards programs.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of three years’ experience working within a Human Resources office is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Good background knowledge and understanding of Local and European Labor law and practices
**Education Requirements**:
College (2 years) or Post-Secondary School
LANGUAGE: Fluency in English. Good working knowledge of French. This may be tested.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to give advice and guidance on a broad range of Human Resource queries. Must possess good interpersonal and customer service skills. Must exercise confidentiality. Must exercise initiative and be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Excellent administration skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent MS Excel skills including ability to do detailed calculations and use various formula which are required for the MBC component of this position’s responsibilities. This may be tested.
**Salary**: From €4,639.00 per month
