**Human Resources Business Partner (M/F)**

**Mission**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsibility for all HR operational activities across the Luxembourg business and entities (including branches in Spain and Italy)
- Provide proactive HR solutions to support the CEO
- Support on the resource planning and organisation design as well as on-/off-boarding
- Advice and support to the managers on all aspects of the employee experience from sourcing talent to ER issues
- Provide support and guidance to the business (both employees and people managers) on all HR matters and respond expediently as they arise
- Undertake end to end recruitment activities through to offer stage for all roles up to Senior Management
- Coordinate the employee performance management and pay review process
- Accountable for all HR administration including, payroll, benefits administration, etc
- Build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the HR agenda
- Support and lead on drive employee engagement initiatives
- Lead continuous improvement of policies and procedures
- Create organizational capability for change, leading and supervising programs that promote organizational effectiveness and flexibility
- Develop and enable leadership and management capabilities working collaboratively with internal and external partners
- Take charge of the integration of staff, especially after acquisition
- Evaluate organizational charts and possible duplication of functions
- Deliver on the corporate goals in line with the HR Operating Model and Group strategy
- Support the Group HR Manager to deliver on Communications, Training, Talent Management, Succession Planning Activity and Employee Survey activity
- Participate to the working Group topics with HR Group Manager, linked to diversity/inclusion, employer branding & social media, succession planning
- Liaise with the international people team in with one monthly meeting with all HR functions

**Profile**:
Profile
- Degree in Human Resources
- 5 to 7 years of relevant professional working experience in a similar role, in Luxembourg
- Fluency in French and English - any other language will be a “nice to have” (ex.: German, Spanish, Italian, etc)
- Proven tram leading skills
- Team-player and ability to work independently
- Ethical and sense of privacy are impeccable
- Meticulous and details-oriented
- Well organized
