DSI Group recherche un « **ITIL change and Release Manager (H/F)** », pour notre client **localisé au Luxembourg**.

*** Vos responsabilités en qualité de : ITIL Change and Release manager/owner**:

- Gérer et améliorer les processus et l’outil, y compris le suivi de la performance du processus par le biais d’indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et faire un rapport régulier aux parties prenantes ;
- Interagir étroitement avec les fournisseurs de services informatiques internes/externes afin de garantir une prestation de services conforme aux objectifs convenus, de s’assurer que les interfaces fonctionnent correctement et de recueillir et d’évaluer leurs besoins en matière de processus et d’outils de gestion des services
- Représenter votre (vos) processus dans les réunions internes et externes ;
- Collaborer étroitement avec d’autres gestionnaires de processus afin d’assurer le bon fonctionnement des interfaces de processus et la cohérence entre les différents processus ;
- Présenter les résultats de votre travail et les questions relevant de votre domaine de responsabilité et en discuter avec vos pairs, à différents niveaux de gestion au sein du département informatique et avec les prestataires de services informatiques externes ;
- Assurer la coordination et la communication avec les équipes informatiques des clients. Ce poste vous offre d’excellentes opportunités de contribuer à la fourniture de services informatiques stables dans un environnement orienté processus et d’interagir avec un large éventail de collègues informatiques de différents domaines.

*** Compétences professionnelles**:

- Compétences en communication en français et en anglais (verbal, écrit, interpersonnel, écoute proactive)
- **Certification « ITIL Foundation »**

D’autres certifications comme « Lifecycle » ou « Capability » sont bienvenues.

**Qualifications, expérience et compétences**:

- Une licence (ou un enseignement professionnel post-secondaire plus quatre ans d’expérience pertinentes, ou huit ans d’expérience pertinentes) en informatique, en administration des systèmes d’information ou dans un autre domaine pertinent ;
- En outre, une expérience de trois ans minimum et idéalement de cinq ans ou plus dans le domaine de la gestion des processus informatiques et/ou de la gestion des services informatiques. Y compris une expérience concrète dans l’exécution de la gestion des changements et des versions ;
- Attitude positive, orientation client et résistance au stress
- Esprit d’équipe avec de solides compétences interpersonnelles
- Esprit d’innovation et résolution de problèmes
- Volonté de travailler les week-ends et d’assurer les activités de permanence lorsque cela est nécessaire:

- Volonté de contribuer et de soutenir une culture de partage des connaissances.
