**_Gcore is looking for a motivated Senior Accountant who will be part of our internal finance team in Luxembourg_**
**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in the month-end closings;
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly reporting;
- Review VAT / Tax returns;
- Contribute to optimizing entities' payables and receivables, cash management, and treasury function;
- Liaise with third parties such as lawyers, auditors, tax advisors, bankers, and others, as needed for the ongoing activity or new transactions;
- Participate in ad-hoc projects.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or related fields;
- 5+ years of accounting experience in Luxembourg
- General knowledge of Luxembourg corporate tax and VAT;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Proactive and keen for detail;
- Reliable and entrepreneurial spirit;
- Team-player and autonomous;
- Strong English writing and communication skills;
- Odoo knowledge is considered an asset.
