**Job Description**:

**Responsibilities**:
Own and maintain the Product Roadmap in alignment with business objectives and global priorities.
Define product vision, goals, and success metrics, ensuring the product's growth and market competitiveness.
Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry gaps to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Collaborate with UX, Analytics, and other teams to drive data-driven decisions and create customer-centric solutions.
Partner with the IT Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of initiatives, including regular backlog grooming and ticket updates.
Monitor product health, track performance, and propose new features and solutions to improve the product.
Use data analysis to inform strategic decisions, enhance user experience, and continuously improve product offerings.
Participate in PMO processes and contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date product training materials and provide 2nd-line support for customer-related issues.
Mentor team members, offering career development support where applicable.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in product management.
Strong understanding of software development, web technologies, and Agile principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with market trends and passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
