KPMG Luxembourg is looking for forward-thinking and passionate people to make a difference to our Clients, People, and Communities. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Lighthouse Tech Platform team.
As a Product Manager, you will manage activities associated with the digital products developed at KPMG from ideation to launch.
Major duties and responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate product opportunities: Analyze market data, solicit input to business stakeholders and customers
- Collect and define product requirements
- Develop product prototypes
- Prioritize product requirements
- Create and execute product roadmaps that include the creation of a minimum viable product (MVP)
- Collaborate with software engineering team to build the product
- Maintain and deliver a product portfolio
- Communicate the product progress status to business stakeholders
- Development and implementation of product launch plans.
- Establish metrics to monitor the product performance
Requirements to access to this function
- +4 years of experience in a product management role
- Engineering or Business university degree
- Fluency with technology and its implication on product design and business
- Industry market knowledge
- Fluent written and spoken English. French is a plus
- Resilience
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g. Business, Software engineering, DevOps).
- Ability to influence and lead
- Think like an entrepreneur
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong process skills and detail orientation
Will be considered as an asset
- UI/ UX instincts and analytical thinking
- Experience with a prototyping tool such as Marvel is a plus
- Experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps is a plus
- Scrum certified Product Owner is a plus
