The Product Manager is responsible for owning and driving the product strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's global priorities. They manage the product lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring the delivery of valuable and high-quality products that meet business objectives. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including the Product Management Office (PMO), to ensure the product vision is clearly communicated and realized.
**Responsabilities**
- Develop and own the Product Roadmap, aligning with global priorities and business strategy.
- Define the product vision, goals, and success metrics, ensuring growth and market competitiveness.
- Serve as the liaison between stakeholders and the development team, managing expectations and delivering on business needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with UX, Analytics, and other departments to make data-driven decisions and create customer-centric solutions.
- Partner with the IT Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of projects and product features.
- Manage and prioritize the product roadmap, keeping it up-to-date and ensuring team alignment.
- Define key product features, document success criteria, and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
- Use data insights and analytics to drive strategic decisions and continuously improve the product.
- Conduct competitive analysis, identify market gaps, and propose new product features.
- Monitor and ensure product health by addressing bugs and prioritizing fixes without compromising key business objectives.
- Collaborate with the PMO on process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Provide guidance on career development for Business Analysts and other team members.
- Keep product training materials updated and act as 2nd-line support for customer issues.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in product management.
- Strong understanding of software development, web technologies, and Agile principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with market trends and passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
