Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Facility Manager pour notre client basé à Luxembourg.
- Êtes-vous prêt à relever un nouveau défi ?
Vos missions:
- Encadrement et développement des équipes, en promouvant un leadership empathique
- Proposition d'innovations et optimisation des processus pour améliorer la performance opérationnelle et économique
- Suivi financier des services hôteliers, avec un souci de rentabilité et des actions correctives si nécessaire
- Contribution au développement commercial, en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités et en fidélisant les clients existants
- Collaboration avec les équipes du siège : Direction Commerciale, Finances, Ressources Humaines, Marketing, et autres équipes de support
- Coordination des services, gestion de projet, communication avec les parties prenantes et assurance de la qualité des prestations
- Satisfaction client : suivi régulier des besoins, propositions de solutions pour améliorer continuellement l'expérience client
Votre profil:
- Maîtrise du luxembourgeois, de l'allemand et du français
- Diplôme supérieur en gestion hôtelière, restauration, gestion de projet ou management
- Expérience de 2 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles et rédactionnelles
- Maîtrise de l'outil informatique, notamment du pack Office
- Approche rigoureuse et analytique des processus, des modèles économiques et des indicateurs de performance
