The purpose of the Facility Services Delivery Assistant is to take responsibility for the delivery of all workplace facility services in Luxembourg, through the Bank’s Tier 1 and 2 vendor partners, along with any change programmes delivered at a local level, not limited to but including reactive works for both established and ad-hoc services:
- DB GRE vision and strategy
- performance outcomes within their assigned work-stream
- developing and implementing strategies
- member of the Service Delivery/ Operations professions
- develop strong, trusting relationships with leaders within the business and Regional Service Coordinators
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Facility Services Delivery Assistant will in general provide oversight of Cleaning services, facility managers, GRE managed security, Moves adds and changes, strategic occupancy planning, space data management, Building & Fabric Maintenance, Help Desk Management, Pest Control, Waste management including confidential waste, Non-engineering asset management, grounds maintenance, signage management, budgeting commitments for facilities
- Actively manages operational performance against agreed financial and non-financial targets for assigned products/services, including benefit of investment initiatives.
- Vendor Management: Ensures strategic partners and local vendors quality of practice meets contractual requirements
- Creates an environment where people management and development is the number one priority. Empowers, manages, coaches and mentors direct reports and others in the organisation
- Proven ability to manage, and how to compile and implement budgets, forecasts including cost savings reports, and tender financials
- Active supervision of the parking lot management, activity performed mainly by T1 Vendor
- Supervision of company car management process, mainly covered by BCD Travel Car Fleet Management Frankfurt
- Responsible for preparing rental monthly payments (debit and credit)
- Concur Travel Module - Amex Credit card administration, in close collaboration with Procurement team
***Qualifications / Skills**:
- **Excellent interpersonal skills in relationship building and relationship management**
- **Facilities Management qualification or equivalent**
- **Occupational Safety & Health qualification**
- **Experience and/or working knowledge of International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), ANSI standards or similar**
- **Fluent in English and German, French is desirable**
