The mission of the Business Relations Management department is to ensure continuous support to organizations and research centers throughout their journey, understand business needs and direct them towards Luxinnovation services or other ecosystem offerings to support their innovation needs.

As a Business Relationship Manager - Digital Solutions, you will be at the forefront of advancing Luxembourg’s digital ecosystem, building strong connections between companies, research institutions and digital solution providers. Reporting to the Head of National Business Relationship, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation, fostering high-impact partnerships, and establishing Luxembourg as a key-player in industrial digitalization. This is your chance to make a real impact in the digital future

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Your key responsibilities will include:
**Inspire**:

- ** Organize and lead** collaborative workgroups on strategic digital topics.
- ** Provide expert insights** and contribute to the organization of events.
- ** Stay informed**on market trends and regulations to guide organizations with a forward-thinking strategic approach.
- ** Support marketing and communication efforts** to highlight Luxembourg’s innovation ecosystem and leadership in digitalization.

**Evaluate**:

- ** Understand companies’ innovation needs and assess**how Luxinnovation’s services align with their requirements.
- ** Present**a clear and complete Luxinnovation service path, offer tailored Luxinnovation services or connect them with other support providers.
- ** Help** companies access funding, R&D collaborations, and digital adoption programs, with a strong emphasis on the Digital Innovation Hub (DIH) in supporting digital transformation for the manufacturing sector.

**Connect**:

- ** Develop and lead** a digital network by connecting solution providers, research centers, and businesses to foster innovation and collaboration.
- ** Facilitate** strategic partnerships by linking companies with the right digital solutions and ensuring effective service delivery through client relationship management (CRM).
- ** Build and nurture relationships**by ensuring ongoing engagement, satisfaction, and a clear overview of all ongoing activities through continuous follow-up.
- ** Enhance collaboration** by connecting stakeholders and aligning ecosystem services.

**Support**
- ** Strengthen engagement**with companies to enhance their access to digital transformation support.
- ** Increase** the number of companies accompanied by Luxinnovation in their digital journey.
- ** Improve**the conversion rate from initial meetings to the adoption of Luxinnovation services.
- ** Expand** outreach to new companies to raise awareness and encourage engagement.
- ** Work closely with Luxinnovation and key partners**to integrate digitalization into broader innovation strategies, ensuring that the**Digital Innovation Hub (DIH) remains a key pillar in supporting Luxembourg’s industrial ecosystem.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- You hold a master’s degree in science, digital sciences, engineering, business, or a related field.
- You have a proven experience in digital transformation, business development, or consulting—ideally within the ICT or industrial sectors.
- You have a strong understanding of digital technologies, IT/OT convergence, and industrial transformation challenges.
- You have deep insight into business processes, workflows, and how digital solutions can optimize them.
- You have strong analytical skills to gather, document and prioritize business requirements.
- You can translate business needs into actionable digital strategies.
- You have excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build relationships across industries. You can understand the needs and concerns of both companies and other organizations.
- You are comfortable speaking in front of large audiences, engaging them effectively and maintaining their attention. You listen attentively to questions or concerns, address needs with clarity, and tailor your presentations and content to the specific audience.
- You demonstrate adaptability in evolving environments, maintaining a positive, problem-solving attitude. Your proactive mindset enables you to anticipate challenges and drive solutions with confidence and efficiency.
