**Role purpose**
We are looking for a full-time or minimum 32h Personal Assistant in HR (or at least 80%). As a personal assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Head of HR and the HR team.
**Key relationships**
**Role and responsibilities**
- Assisting the HR team with general administration including team’s expense notes
- Creating high-impact presentations for meetings and seminars (PowerPoint)
- Processing incoming HR invoices and liaising with our Belfast-based billing team
- Proactively coordinating events and managing lunches organised by the department, including the Head of Human Resources. This includes scheduling appointments and conference calls, and booking meeting rooms and restaurants
- Supporting HR projects such as coordinating pro bono activities and helping with the annual INFPC report
- Dealing with some administrative tasks for lawyers
- Ad hoc project support
**Who we are looking for**
You have a secretarial education and a solid background as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
You are flexible, collaborative and an excellent team player.
You are able to autonomously handle multiple tasks, prioritising the schedules of those you assist.
You are discreet.
You are positive and have a proactive attitude and the ability to cope under pressure.
You have an excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
You are fluent in French and English.
