**Your job? You will**:

- manage and maintain executives’ calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements;
- coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports;
- attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and distribute meeting notes to participants;
- prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy;
- conduct research and compile information as requested by the executive team;
- coordinate and arrange logistics for executive team events, conferences, and business trips;
- maintain confidential information and handle sensitive documents with utmost discretion;
- assist with expense management, including tracking receipts and preparing expense reports;
- collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow and support across the Organization.

**What skills and traits you need?**:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role supporting senior-level executives
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including exceptional attention to grammar and punctuation.
- Proficient in using productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in high-pressure situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
- High level of professionalism, poise, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required. German and/or French would be an asset
