Are you energised by the potential of transforming and digitalising the beauty and wellbeing industry? Are you passionate about enabling the success of your clients? We are hiring a **_Customer Support Specialist (FR Speaker) _**to keep our unique level of service in the market

The mission of our Customer Support team is the first point of contact for all of the technical questions that clients have regarding Salonkee. We deal with all requests coming from the different markets, striving to deliver the highest quality of customer service. We work closely and collaborate with nearly all the other departments at Salonkee, helping us to be known as the gurus of the product

We offer a high level of independence and flexibility to all of our team members, which means we trust you to handle your work flow in the most efficient way possible. We appreciate people who are passionate, capable of thinking out of the box and who share their ideas in the simplest and clearest way possible.

**The main areas of responsibility include**:

- Prioritise, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Provide support to all users of the platform
- Investigate any occurring customer problems
- Report issues and requests to the relevant parties internally
- Respond in professional and timely manner to clients
- Optimise client projects and provide solutions for platform issues
- Demonstrate team spirit and working towards the benefit of the team as well as the company

**Basic Qualifications**
- min. 1-2 years of experience
- Analytical mindset, verbal/written communication skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights in order to drive customer adoption and make the necessary recommendations to the clients
- Strong in relationship building
- Being naturally patient and capable of guiding clients through the software
- Can think critically and analytically about the software and is able to propose solutions and identify problem areas.
- Ideally, previous knowledge on Live Chat platforms
- Languages: French (native level) and English
