We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic person to help with data entry in our HR department due to implementation of a new HR system.

**Interim HR System Implementation Support**

**HR Department**

Temporary Role for 10 months (March 2025 - Dec 2025)

Required as soon as possible

**Job Purpose**

You will a vital part in the successful implementation of a new HR System. Including overseeing deployment, processes review and planning as well as technical support and data entry and validation. This role requires a blend of project management, change management, and technical expertise to ensure a smooth transition and effective adoption of the new system.

**Your Tasks**:

- Data validation: Staff data and payroll data.
- Populating personal records in the system including documents uploading on all staff into the system.
- Upload payroll data into the system and create a payroll preparation and validation process to match the need of the payroll provider.
- Create manual for leaders, staff and HR.
- Define system criteria.
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the HR system implementation project.
- Develop and manage project timelines, and resources.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and administrative staff.
- Communicate project progress and updates to school leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff on the new HR system.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of the new system on school operations.

**Your Profile**:

- Experience in system implementation.
- Proficient in English.
- Computer literate: Power BI, Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook.
- High level of confidentiality as this is handling confidential and sensitive data.
- Detail oriented and thorough work practices.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex projects, Preferable in an educational or HR context. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Change Management: Expertise in developing and executing change management plans. Ability to manage resistance and foster a positive attitude towards change.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR systems and software, including implementation and integration processes. Understanding of data security and privacy regulations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to gather and incorporate feedback to improve project outcomes.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in managing data.
