**Your Responsibilities**
- With the business managers and leaders, identifying and handling HR and Talent management development needs and strategies.
- Ensuring people are in the right role at the right time to deliver business objectives in alignment with service line priorities
- Working actively on competency management and career development for a dedicated population including follow-up of the performance management and compensation process
- Ensuring recognition and rewards are delivered from managers through the feedback culture enhancement and compensation processes

**Your profile**
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position
- Master’s degree in human resources or business administration
- Strong organization skills and rigorous
- Autonomous, dynamic, service-oriented, team player with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and French
