**About the Role**:
As a **Business Front Support Specialist**, you will be the first point of contact for front-office teams, helping to resolve operational and technical challenges while ensuring seamless business processes. By addressing issues related to financial transactions and identifying opportunities for improvement, you will play a key role in reducing operational risk, enhancing efficiency, and supporting the success of our front office teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary contact for all front-office-related issues, providing timely resolutions to operational and system challenges.
- Analyse and resolve problems with financial orders, ensuring mínimal disruption to trading and sales activities.
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and systems, proposing and implementing solutions to improve workflows.
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation to reduce operational and reputational risks.
- Support the front office by providing guidance, training, and knowledge sharing as needed.
**What We’re Looking For**:
**Required Experience and Skills**:
- Proven experience with financial instruments (e.g., stocks, bonds, derivatives).
- Solid understanding of the financial industry, including markets and operations.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
