Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager to join our RC Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting clients with AML/CTF RC or compliance questions, helping asset managers navigate the complex regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expertise and Guidance: Assist RC's in daily operations, oversee ongoing client activities/tasks, and act as the primary point of contact for client services and delivery management.
  • Evaluation and Recommendations: Review AML/CTF policies and procedures, identify weaknesses, and recommend pragmatic solutions.
  • Control Implementation: Execute controls in the RC AML/CTF monitoring plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Policy Development: Create and update AML/CTF policies, risk appetite statements, and own risk assessments.
  • Due Diligence: Perform investors and investments due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) processes, ensuring every box is ticked, including sanctions checks and beneficial ownership.
  • Training and Development: Create and lead engaging training sessions that bring AML/CTF requirements to life for clients' teams.
About You
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years' experience in financial crime, compliance, or regulatory roles, ideally working within asset management or financial services.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or similar.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of AML/CTF rules, especially Luxembourg's AML law, CSSF circulars, FATF guidelines, and EU directives (4th/5th AMLD).
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex ideas simply and clearly.
  • Language: Fluent in English and French or German.
  • Tech-Savviness: Comfortable with digital tools and eager to learn and adapt to new tech that makes AML/CTF processes more efficient.
