As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our infrastructure and projects department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as organizational support to department management
  • Carry out administrative tasks inherent to the department
  • Participate in drawing up and monitoring the department's documentary traceability
  • Manage and centralize information, organize logistics for the department
  • Actively support the follow-up of departmental projects by organizing meetings and drafting minutes
  • Order and manage stocks of office supplies required for the smooth running of the department
  • Stand in for other assistants in managing the department's diary, and receiving and answering calls from their contacts

Your Other Missions:

  • Participate in inclusion initiatives, such as promoting diversity and accessibility
  • Assist with the integration of new employees into the team
  • Support sustainable practices, including waste sorting and energy saving

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Higher education diploma or equivalent experience. 4 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Fluency in French (C1 minimum) and operational level in English (B2 minimum). Knowledge of German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
