As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our infrastructure and projects department.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as organizational support to department management
- Carry out administrative tasks inherent to the department
- Participate in drawing up and monitoring the department's documentary traceability
- Manage and centralize information, organize logistics for the department
- Actively support the follow-up of departmental projects by organizing meetings and drafting minutes
- Order and manage stocks of office supplies required for the smooth running of the department
- Stand in for other assistants in managing the department's diary, and receiving and answering calls from their contacts
Your Other Missions:
- Participate in inclusion initiatives, such as promoting diversity and accessibility
- Assist with the integration of new employees into the team
- Support sustainable practices, including waste sorting and energy saving
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Higher education diploma or equivalent experience. 4 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Fluency in French (C1 minimum) and operational level in English (B2 minimum). Knowledge of German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
