Corporate Secretary Job

This is a full-time position in the corporate secretariat, responsible for supporting the PMC with transactions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the PMC with transactions, including obtaining corporate approvals and arranging for proper delegations of powers.
  • Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and coordinate the execution of legal documents.
  • Liaise with third parties and fund teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain proper governance, legal records, and files.
  • Meet regulatory requirements for transactions reporting and provide relevant documents to the depositary and auditor.
Requirements:
  • A background in corporate administration and secretarial services.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Fluency in English and German, French is a plus.
