Transaction Support Specialist

This is a full-time position in the corporate secretariat, responsible for supporting the PMC with transactions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the PMC with transactions, including obtaining corporate approvals and arranging for proper delegations of powers.
- Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and coordinate the execution of legal documents.
- Liaise with third parties and fund teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain proper governance, legal records, and files.
- Meet regulatory requirements for transactions reporting and provide relevant documents to the depositary and auditor.
- A background in corporate administration and secretarial services.
- Minimum 2 years' experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Fluency in English and German, French is a plus.
The successful candidate will have a permanent contract in an international environment, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
