Job Title: Senior Sales Strategist - German Language Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Sales Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a key member of our sales team, you will collaborate with clients to enhance their sales strategies and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Expertise: Provide expert advice on sales strategies tailored to client needs, leveraging your proficiency in German (C1/C2 level) and English (C1/C2 level).
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to better understand their goals and objectives.
  • Sales Planning: Translate client objectives into effective sales plans, utilizing your analytical skills to fine-tune tactics and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Performance Analytics: Review sales data to monitor critical metrics such as sales targets, client satisfaction, and success rates.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify market trends and challenges to create impactful sales initiatives that drive business results.

Requirements:

  • EU citizenship or Greek residency card
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Passionate about sales and client relationships
  • Driven to learn and grow in the industry
