**About the Role**:
For our** Ferrero Group Headquarters** we are looking for a **Strategist **to join the** Global Strategy & Innovation Team **for the **Ferrero portfolio Biscuits** who will report to the Senior Strategist. In this role you will support the definition and implementation of strategic guidelines and leading the innovation streams to develop the** Kinder Brands **and the** Ferrero Local Jewels **inside the **Biscuits Category**.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Performing this role, you will be expected to combine your business knowledge with marketing and product development experience. In relation, you will support the decision-making being highly exposed to quantitative and qualitative market research tools with the request of interpreting the learning and making them actionable on all the marketing mix elements (recipe, positioning packaging, visual identity, format strategy, pricing, communication development.).
Moreover, you will play a key role in conducting global marketplace/competitive analysis, monitoring new launches, and looking for new consumer insights and trends. Your support will be essential in the definition of the Category strategic guidelines and framework.
You will be actively contributing to the development of the full marketing mix, aligning, and coordinating all the key stakeholders, engaging colleagues to get their full commitment and agreement to ensure the implementation of the actions and the achievement of the goals within the scheduled timing.
Specific focus will be given to market development and analysis: you will analyze and summarize data and studies to drive insights, preparing country specific deep dives to highlight phenomena and consumer trends to contribute to the preparation of the Country Visits.
You will activate and run ad hoc research projects: briefing the research agencies, preparing, and taking part to the research activities, systematizing and interpreting research results, in order to identify and propose considerations and actions for the development of the category strategy.
In addition, you will lead the new product development projects within Kinder & the Ferrero Local Jewels, with a key role in the definition and validation of the marketing mix.
Furthermore, you will support brand image and positioning (including new communication of big ideas or positioning change) and the definition of the strategy for international rollouts.
You will be responsible for Strategist Innovation Legacy Biscuits Budget management monitoring the costs recommended and SAP management.
**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your **degree in Marketing**or equivalent and** 5-7 years of work experience in Marketing and New Product Development, in FMCG and Brand Marketing environments.** Your **previous experiences in Strategic Marketing or Biscuits category **will contribute in meeting this role’s objectives.
Moreover, you will bring your **strong analytical, financial skills and your capability to make learnings actionable. **In addition, you will bring a **sharp Marketing mindset and a consumer-driven approach** developed in a multi-markets and multi-cultural environments.
You are a professional with **strong Consumer sensitivity including New Product Development, Genuine curiosity and lateral thinking **with a multi-markets culture understanding.
You are well known for your** fluency in English**, your **strong communication and influencing skills**, while you are **result oriented with previous project development and management experience.**
Being** dynamic, flexible with a proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations within strict deadlines **will serve you in covering this role successfully.
